1. Come Out of the Embarrassment and Be Emotionally Strong

Either it is an early miscarriage or of any other type; the loss of the fetus in your womb also draws away all your feelings and emotions attached to him. Though, it is an emotionally painful process; the sadness, guilt, depression, disbelief and anger occurs naturally.

But this doesn’t mean that you have completely lost your fertility. In fact, the medical reports generate a result that after an early miscarriage, the fertility is increased for a short period of time. But being emotionally strong and mentally prepared to conceive once again is the first sign to ovulate again after a miscarriage.

To conceive once again the ovary must be in a perfect working order. The ovaries start to produce the eggs after two weeks of a complete miscarriage. Talk to your doctor and examine the condition of your ovary. Sonography is a proper technique to examine the working of an ovary. Wait for your menstrual cycle to become normal. The cycle takes a period of four to six weeks to become normal. This time, period varies with the health conditions of the body.

3. Go for an HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Test

Is your pregnancy test still showing a positive result, even after your miscarriage? If yes, then you will have to go through the ‘HCG’ test. This is a test, which detects the pregnancy hormone in the urine. The positive result of this test is due to the ‘HCG’ hormone present in the urine.

This hormone does not get immediately out of a woman’s body. To conceive once again, the level of this hormone should return to zero. This can take a couple of weeks. On an average, it takes up to 19 days to return to zero. But it also depends on the level of HCG at the time of pregnancy. Either it was low or high at that time. So it is mandatory to have HCG test properly, and you can ovulate once again.

4. Dilation and Curettage (D&C)

If your miscarriage is incomplete, and the HCG level is also not returning to zero even after a certain period and your pregnancy test is still positive then this indicates that there might be pregnancy tissues remaining inside the uterus. Consult your Doctor and go for D&C. This is a surgical process to remove the pregnancy tissues inside the uterus; after a miscarriage. This process is done to make the uterus firm, to stop the excessive bleeding and prevent the reproductive organs from infection.

This is a very simple way to check your state of fertility, on your own. It is a vaginal discharge. Cervical mucus allows the sperm to swim into the cervix. The cervical mucus should attain its pattern as it was before your miscarriage. The amount and consistency of cervical mucus are enough to tell you that you are now ready for an ovulation or not? The consistency of CM can be felt by rubbing the fluid in the hands. A thin, watery, transparent like an egg white CM is good news for you. This consistency and color of CM indicate that you are highly fertile at this period and you can get pregnant.

6. Take Proper Care of Your Health

Though you have lost a certain amount of blood after your miscarriage, and you want to get pregnant once again; so it is obvious for you to have a regular supply of nutritious food, which is rich in iron. Edible substances that are rich in vitamins and minerals and folic acid prove important to recover the health of the body. Natural herbs such as Black Cohosh root can be used to relax the uterus. It reduces the uterus pain and helps the uterus to attain its pre- pregnancy state.

Moreover, release your stress, practice yoga, and meditation. This will keep your mind and body calm. Have a healthy chat with your partner with a pleasant smell of your favorite fragrance in your room. Remember the sweet moments you spend together. This kind of pleasant environment will make you comfortable for a healthy intercourse.

So these were some points, totally based on medical science calculations that when you should ovulate after a miscarriage. Now I would like to end my blog, but today I want to make a comment. Maybe, some of my readers won’t agree with my following words. But you cannot ignore them also.

Scientific inventions and discoveries are growing day by day. But any science is unable to tell us; what substance gets out of our body and we can neither move nor do anything. Only, the stage is named as a ‘death.' Our modern science becomes just a viewer at this stage.

Similarly, no human or medical science can judge how and at what time a soul enters into the womb of a lady to make a child alive. Birth and death are totally in the hands of Almighty God. Moreover, a healthy child comes and survives in this world by his blessings. We can only calculate and try to have a baby. Rest is all in the hands of the Lord.

So, do pray for his bliss and ask him to bless you with the kicks of a baby inside your womb. Stay Healthy, Calm and Live a Prosperous Life!
